Here is the other card I created using the same sketch and digital Bugaboo Bobblehead Halloween Frank. He is a cutie! I'm not entering him into the sketch challenging just sharing how adorbs he is! Thank you for stopping by the cave!

Oldies but Goodies

Yesterday I saw a challenge I wanted to enter over at  Artistic Inspirations Challenge Blog, Anything Goes and/or Up,Up, and Away! Now considering I've been sitting on this Up,Up, and Away Paper Collection  by Kaisercraft for nearly 3 years this was my sign! I mean how much  more of a sign do I need? So here's the card I made using Up, Up, and Away Paper and Inkadinkado Inspirational Lift Stamp Set!
So I used Kaisercraft Up,Up, and Away 12x12 Papers, Bumper Car and Moon Ride, stamped the hot air balloon with Stampabilities Pigment Ink Gold.  Heat embossed Happy Birthday on die-cut from Up,Up, and Away 6x6 Paper Pad using AC Zing  Embossing Powder Gold.

I think this makes a great masculine card! Thanks for stopping by  and I hope you have an amazing day!

New Challenge Blog Discovery!

The Cutting Edge Challenge Blog!  I just discovered this blog and I'm loving it.  Anything that let's me use my BIGkick gives me  a warm fuzzy feeling.  Everything on this site is beautiful.
I made this card to enter into the challenge!  The best part, besides using my BIGkick, I didn't have to use one full sheet of paper on this. Only scraps! Awesome sauce!
I used Sizzix Branch w/ Leaves Die Cut, used Jillibean Felt Blossoms, and  bits n' pieces of kraft and green cardstock. The Cutting Edge Challenge #8

Bugaboo Catch The Bug Challenge

Y'all know I love Bugaboo!  I've mentioned before my first digital stamp purchase was from Bugaboo! Love them! Just in case you didn't catch that. So I recently purchased some new digis from Bugaboo. So today I made a Halloween card  using one of the new digis, Mummy Scene.
So I'm entering this into:  Catch The Bug August Bingo Challenge

I used Bugaboo Image, Kraft Paper, Die or Punch
I don't recall what brand the Kraft paper is, sorry. The DP is Authentique's Thrilling Collection, Antidote, and the sentiment is from Authentique's Enchanted Elements Sticker Sheet.  I used Martha Stewart Large Spider Web Punch.

Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge #69

Time for a new sketch at Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge.
We hope you join us this week! Okay I was stumped on what to do. I think I came up with something elegant and simple for the  sketch.  Pic on the left shows the true color while the pic on the right shows shimmer  the paper has.  I used Darice Dandelions Embossing Folders, added pearls and sentiment. Hope you enjoy!

Eeek! Happy Halloween Card

Hello! I hope everyone is having a fantastic day!  Today I used my TCW Aspen Trees stencil to make a Happy Halloween Monochromatic Card. I love how versatile these stencils are. I purchased the googly eyes at the dollar store years ago.

Just a little card I put together.

August, where did it go?

Well, I can't say I'm not excited that we are in the middle of August! I'm so excited for tomorrow. Josh Groban concert, front row seats! This girl is walking on sunshine! Woot! Woot! It has been a few days since I last posted anything. I made up for lost time today.  I was in JoAnn's the other day and picked up some David Tutera cards and envelopes, marked down! So I used that for the base of this card, chocolate cardstock, and embossed another piece of white cardstock with Darice Forest Background embossing folder. Stamped the sentiment using Kaleidacolor Autumn Leaves, punched the leaf using Fiskars hand punch, and added some enamel dots.
I used TCW stencil, Aspen Tree. I sponged several orange, green, brown, and a yellow ink to achieve the background. Added some enamel dots.
Actually I made this card last week. I used my new Resplendent Rectangles by Spellbinders, a stamp that is older than dirt, but I love it, colored it with Copics, and added a stamped sentimen…

Depleting the stash!

If you haven't read in previous post, I'm a craft hoarder. Yes! It's true! Just today I  used a stamp from 1996. And I'm just breaking into a 12x12 Paper Pad by Martha  Stewart, Kids Collection. It's copyright year is 2009. That's not so bad considering  I bought it clearanced for $3.50. One of the signs, making excuses for the hoard!
So today I made a few cards, one will be posted next week and the other  is a Back to School card!  I used a Sassy Cheryl Digital Stamp, Back to School, colored with Copics, Martha Stewart 12x12 papers from Kids Collection, sentiment is printed off computer and cut with PTI die cut.
