Spooky Treats

Hi and welcome, everyone! Today, I'm up on the SVG Attic Blog with a great way to use
Tent Cards and the What's Brewin' SVG Collection for to create treat bags.

Treat Bags using Tent Cards and Halloween SVG Cut files.

To get us started, I used a tent card from the Tent Card SVG Collection. I love using these cards because you have enough room to add fun elements including a bag of goodies. I added some candy corn to a project life pouch and stapled it in place. You can use a regular cellophane bag with this too. I can't wait to make these for Christmas.

Then I added fun elements from the What's Brewin SVG Collection. I used the haunted house, fence, spider web, and the caption, Spooky.

I have a fun tip using these same files to create stickers for your planner. I use a planner and have to say I love decorating the pages. When I work on cards and other paper projects I always have someone else in mind but my planner is all ME! It's whatever I feel like that day. Sometimes it's silly & kooky other times sophisticated.

The haunted house, fence, tree, cauldron, spider webs, and spider are all from the What's Brewin Collection. I just sized them down to fit my planner, cut them out with my Silhouette, and ran them through my Xyron Sticker Maker. This might be one of my favorite weeks so far.

  1. This is such a fun idea! I love that you turned that tent card into a treat holder. What could be better than candy corn? Not much if you ask me! You planner pages are wonderful too. Thank you for another post filled with great inspiration!

Do You Know Pet Parents?

Hi and welcome, everyone. Today I'm over on the SVG Attic Blog sharing a few ways to present Pet gifts. I think often times we forget that some people consider their pets to be their children, especially, couples who can't have children. And how sad is it that we don't acknowledge their fur babies. I was one of those people, and I say let's give "Pet Parents" and their babies some love, too! So here are a few ideas next time you want to give a Pet gift.
With just a few SVG Attic Files you will be passing out these cute Pet gifts yourself.
I created the Fire Hydrant Treat Box using the JGW Little Fire Chief Kit, the gift card holder using the SVGA Holiday Cheer Gift Boxes, and the card using the paw print from SVGA Jack's Tracks. One of the best things about all the Kits listed, they can be used for multiple projects. The Little Fire Chief Kit makes for an awesome birthday party or load that fire hydrant up with homemade cookies for your local fir…
