Celebrate

Hi, and welcome back. Today I'm over on the SumMore Fun Blog with an All Occasion card featuring Victorine Originals Clock Minutes and Woman In Dress Stamps.

I love creating my own backgrounds using the current mood board colors.

To create this look I used a stamp position tool, stamping theClock Minutes randomly with Distress Oxide Picked Raspberry, Antique Linen, and VersaMark Ink with Gold embossing powder, heat set om #110 cardstock. Using stamp position tool, stamp Woman In Dress image using Versafine Onyx Black ink. I used the Brother Scan N Cut to cut her out but you could easily fussy cut the image. Add 3D mounting foam to the back of Woman In Dress and adhere to stamped clocks. Mat with the same #110 cardstock, adhere to 4.25" x 5.5" card base. Die-cut banner and stamp Celebrate using Versafine Onyx Black ink. Finish off with sequins and pearls.

Welcome Baby Cooper!

Welcome, today we are celebrating a new member of the SVG Attic family. The owner's of SVG Attic welcomed Baby Cooper earlier this month. So I created a card using one of the files from the SVG Attic Store to welcome Cooper. The amazing ladies on the I-Team also created fabulous projects. Be sure to join us on the SVG Attic Blog and while you're there leave a little love for the new parents and baby, Cooper.
Using SDS Rockabye Baby Card Collection - Rocking Horse Card along with Doodlebug Designs Snips and Snails 6 x6 Papers from my stash, kraft cardstock, and PTI Blueberry Sky paper to cut all the pieces. I used my Silhouette Sketch Black Pen and added the sentiment before cutting the rocker.
Here it is without the sentiment.

Merry Christmas, everyone! And may the New Year be filled with blessings.

Christmas Wishes

Happy Friday, everyone! I'm taking over the SVG Attic Blog today and sharing one last Christmas project. Can you believe tomorrow is Christmas Eve and I still needed gift tags?

The gift tag is from the JGW Just Sew Collection - Easel A7 Tag. I love this tag because the recipient can display it so easily. The trick for this tag is one 12 x 12 piece of double-sided patterned paper. I used Photoplay's Mad About Plaid paper.

The poinsettias are from the JGW Poinsettia Passion Collection - Poinsettia Doily Framed Card. To create them I used PhotoPlay's Mad About Plaid and resized two of them in smaller sizes.  Once I had them cut out I simply added Distress Oxide Ink in Candied Apple and Fired Brick on the petals.  Using an Embossing Ink Dauber and Gold Embossing Powder I added texture to the largest flower. It really popped those flowers off the tag.  I used the same green Mad About Plaid paper to cut the leaves and greenery. I flipped the pattern on the leaves, every other le…

I'm going to share a little secret with ya. You have to try this cardstock, it's amazing.
It comes in 15 different colors, #100, sturdy cardstock, loving it.

To create this look I used a stamp position tool, stamping the ornaments in Peacock Feathers, Candied Apple Red, Fossilized Amber and the branch with Peeled Paint. Using Gold ink stamp sparkles randomly. Added fun foam to the white cardstock panel and layered on Raisin Boat My Colors Cardstock - Roasted Red Pepper. Finished off with a few glitter enamel dots on stamped sparkles.

Sleigh Full of Goodies

Happy Friday, everyone! Today I'm taking over the SVG Attic Blog today with a modern take on the Sleigh from the SVGA Holiday Cheer Gift Boxes Collection.
The sleigh is a great way to gift money or gift card with a box beneath the sleigh. Adding the recipient's favorite holiday candy is an added bonus. I used My Mind's Eye Joyful Collection and Mixed Bag (ephemera) to decorate it. The sleigh is so easy to assemble, perfect make a head hostess gifts, the unexpected +1 guest and teachers gifts.

I used the easel card from the JGW Halloween Soiree Collection to create a matching card.

Here's to a wonderful Holiday Season!

Tis The Season

Happy Friday, everyone! Today I'm over on the SVG Attic Blog sharing my first Christmas Project. It's been two years since I've used the Mourner's Hat from the JGW Raven Quest Kit to create a Christmas Top Hat.

I originally made this hat for my Mother and she used it for two years. And then I said "Mom, it's time to let it go", it was becoming a little worn. She insisted that I make another one to replace it, I agreed and here we are.  I used DCWV Merry Memories Stack and the embellishments are repurposed from an old "designer" tree she had.

And here's the original hat from two years ago and a link to that post, The Magic of Christmas.
Here's to a wonderful Holiday Season!

Hi and welcome back. Today I'm over on the SumMore Fun Blog sharing a few Happy Holiday cards featuring the Raisin Boat - Treemendous Stamp Set. I love stamp sets that give you loads of creative options and this one does not disappoint.

Both cards are super simple, stamping with your favorite color inks and layering on patterned paper, easy peasy. You can use whatever color ink best matches your background paper. My favorite inks right now are Memento Inks, I've been using Memento for years and they never fail me.
